Charlotte Tilbury has introduced its first mobile app, Charlotte Tilbury: Easy Beauty For You, which is designed to help consumers find the right products and learn how to apply them while they shop.
The app acts as a centralized platform for makeup tutorials, breakdowns of red carpet looks and the brand's shade matching and skin analysis tools. Moreover, users can leverage the app to schedule one-on-one virtual consultations with professional makeup artists affiliated with the brand.
“This is where artistry plus technology really comes to life,” said Corinne Suchy, the brand’s chief growth officer, adding that the experience is meant to be personalized “to the level as if you were sitting in Charlotte’s makeup chair in-person, and she was giving you that advice.”
In addition to the longstanding makeup shade matching feature, app users can now learn correct application techniques through an augmented reality (AR) selfie tool that offers product placement guides.

Helping Users Find and Apply the Right Products for Them
Suchy explained, "We know there are a lot of people who are very comfortable around beauty and can create a full look and feel confident in doing so; we also know there are a lot of people who just want to know, 'What's the right foundation shade for me?' or, 'Is this the right lip color or not?'"In addition to the longstanding makeup shade matching feature, app users can now learn correct application techniques through an augmented reality (AR) selfie tool that offers product placement guides.
